Playing in the Snow

This morning Mom and Dad thought it was time to let me play in the snow- I had no idea what I was in for. They bundled me all up in my warm snow gear and we went out to play. I liked it for about 30 seconds, until I was hitting the snow and my glove fell off- oh dear god what was that freezing cold stuff on my hand?? That was it for me- no more fun in the snow. I must be a little bit of a weeny, but I was not having the cold. Here are some pics- Enjoy and no laughing at me crying

Here's where the incident happened- I was all happy, until my glove came off (Dad put it right back on, but that didn't matter to me)

I was no longer a happy little boy.

The neighbor kids were sledding down their yard, so mom and dad thought maybe by watching them, it would make me want to try to play again.

Nope- they were wrong. So that was the end of my 1st time in the snow.

Merry Christmas!

Today is Christmas and I'm so exicted to get to spend time with all my family. My 3 cousins even came to our house for the holiday from Salina.
When we woke in the morning Santa had come to visit us- he's the best!! (OK only when he's no where near me- he can bring me all the presents he wants, just don't talk to me) I got a mini 4 wheeler that took me about 5 seconds to figure out how to work and I love it!
As I'm sure everyone else does- mom took hundreds of pics, but don't you worry I only put some on my blog.

On Christmas morning

I found my presents that Santa left me!!

I love to ride my 4-wheeler

We had a white Christmas- here's Dad out shoveling snow (Grandpa and Daddy were taking turns, b/c there was so much snow and it was so cold)

Me with my Daddy

Mom thinks I look like a little man.

Playing with my 4 wheeler- I ran it into the chair and was checking to see if I kept pushing the button if it would move, it didn't work.

Ahhhh my Mommy & Daddy

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve we spent the day and night with my Grandma and Grandpa Lovett (they came to my house). We played, ate, opened some presents, and then played with them- just had a great time! Here are some pics.

This is my Daddys giant inflatable snowman- so before it snowed we went outside to see where I stood up to on him. I guess I'm not that big.

Mom, Dad, and I in front of the tree

My Grandma and I

Grandma and Grandpa know how much I love to watch Baby Einstein, so they got me my very own rocking chair to sit in to watch my show. And it's a KU rocking chair- it can't get any better than this!

Everybody knows to leave me alone when I'm watching my show.

Monkey Bizness

Today Mom and I had a playdate with The Swarts. We went to Monkey bizness- It's alot of fun- and they have a special area for little tykes like me. We had alot of fun and were all some very tired toddlers when we were done.

Playing peek-a-boo

Jingle Bell Run

Tonight I got to go on my first of many Jingle Bell Runs- It was Mom, Dad, Aunt Marci, Uncle Neal, and me. It's hosted by Red Dog Days in Lawrence- it's to help raise money for the Boys and Girls Club, The Ballard Center, and The Lawrence Humane Society. We didn't get very many pictures, but I did make in on the channel 6 news!! (so did Dad and Uncle Neal- sorry Mom & Aunt Marci) So you have to check it out. It's only for a second, but I think it's pretty amazing...I mean I'm only 1!!!

You have to copy and paste the link in order to view the little video- thanks for checking me out.

After the run we went to The Eldridge Hotel where they had a band playing all my favorite Christmas songs- so I danced my little heart out.

New Friends

Today Mom and I got to meet my new little friend, Joshua. He's Mommys good friend Elizabeths baby- he's only 6 weeks old, that's not very old b/c I'm, well, I'm alot of weeks old. He's very cute, he was practicing smiling while we were there. He didn't want to play with me much, I like to explore and he like to sit back and take it all in.
