My First eye exam

Today Mommy took me to Insight Vision Center (my daddy's office) for my first eye exam. Mom and Daddy were pretty excited for this, I had no idea what was going on.
I wasn't quite the perfect little patient, I wanted to play with all of daddy's instruments that he was using- they looked like fun, plus he kept coming in towards my face with them and then going out- I thought he was just playing. So needless to say I didn't do the best job at holding still. For a few seconds he could entertain me with this barking dog on the screen in front of me so he could look into my eye, but that didn't last long. The results- I can see!!! But I am far-sighted, so some day I will have to wear glasses (just like my daddy), but for now I'm just perfect.

I'm just a little bit to small for this chair, so much for thinking I'm such a big boy.

I had to sit on mom's lap to have my eye exam done, since that darn chair is so big- maybe they should make ones for us little people :)

I love Baby Einstein

I really love Baby Einstein- If you haven't seen any of the DVD's - you better go get ya one right now. They are amazing! This was again one of those times when my mom didn't understand that it wasn't time for taking pictures- I was very busy, very into my show.


I told her I wasn't going to look at her until my show was over.

My Army Crawl

My Grandma really wanted to see me moving along- I don't quite have the actual crawling thing down yet, but I sure can do the army crawl as my mom calls it.

My very own swimming pool

My mom and Dad love me so much they got me my very own pool ( I don't think that they had any alterior motives, like to lay out in it while I'm napping) either way I have my very own pool right in my back yard. I love love love it and Patch loves it too. Today while I was swimming he wanted to jump in and go swimming too, mommy wouldn't let him, something about popping it then there would be no more pool.

Swimming with my friend

Since I'm a professional swimmer now, I love to swim all the time. Mom and I went swimming with my friend Nathan (and his mommy Beth) the other day and I had so much fun. I was getting so tired, but I just fought thru so I could stay at the pool and play. Here are some pics.

Here we are just getting used to the water, my mom doesn't realize that there is a time for pictures and there is a time for playing....this was a time for playing I was not the least bit interested in taking pictures, Nathan on the other hand must be new to the camera thing.


We were going to try and have a water gun fight, but my water gun was bigger than I was so that game didn't work out in my favor.


So I gave up and decided to chew on a ball instead


Flashback....mom loves this stuff. I was only a few weeks old here and Nathan was around 6 months old- I look tiny, but I'm not anymore!

Check out these monsters! I currently have 5 and the 6th is working it's way thru. Mom thinks it is unfair that I am so advanced for my age since she is still breastfeeding me- b/c I do bite....sometimes.

Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all those Daddy's out there!
I think my Daddy had a pretty good day- b/c of me of course.
We went to Lawrence to spend the day with the rest of the Weigel family- I had a lot of fun playing with everyone. I got to show off all my skills like sitting up, rolling all over the place, getting up on all 4's (then not quite knowing what to do), army crawling across the room, my 5 teeth, and that I have found my voice and I LOVE to hear myself talk.... really loud. Here are some pics from the wonderful day.

It's that time again- as you all know my mom is my personal paparazzi and she decided to perform on her duties.... again. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Since I like to play WWF wrestling with myself in my crib Mom and Dad decided to give in and put the bumber pads in my crib to see if it would help from me abusing myself (and from me chewing on my crib-I do have 4 teeth now and the 5th on the way)- they also lowered my mattress b/c I can get up all all 4's and start to move- I'm super talented...at least I like to think so.


Me in my NEW bed- at first I thought it was just made for wrestling so I played and played and played- practiced throwing myself up against the sides and everything- it didn't hurt one bit. It's awesome!

Camden Puzzle

Just playing with mommy trying to learn how to spell my name on my Camden puzzle/step stool- thanks to The Bowmans. I liked knocking the pieces over and eating them more than anything.

I'm 7 months old!

Wow time flies when you're getting older (right daddy :) )
I'm 7 months old now- mommy still wants to treat me like a little baby- I try to tell her I'm now a baby anymore, but I she doesn't understand my jibberish.
I had to go to the doctor today for followup on my double ear infection- yep double- and he said it is getting better, but I guess I get my inner ears from my daddy (he had chronic ear infections as a baby) so if I get one more I have to get tubes put in my ears so I won't have to be on so many antibiotics- just an update on the ears for everyone.
So my mom is obsessed with shoes- I mean OBSESSED- so here are a couple pics of me in some of my shoes,a couple pics of me getting ready for swim lessons, and of me napping. Enjoy!

Mom & Dad are home

Mom and Dad decided to go on vacation without me....that wasn't very fair, but they had a good time. They went to Cabo San Lucas with a bunch of their friends (including all of my girlfriends- I can't believe they wanted to leave me too- we'll see how long they last as girlfriends...)
While Mom & Dad were gone Grandma Lovett and my cousin Kaylee came to KC to watch me and my doggies- we had a GREAT time- I'm going to miss them tons! I don't get to see them very often so it was super fun to play and spend a lot of time with them. Also while mom & dad were gone I decided to get my 3rd tooth in- YEA! (my 4th is now working it's way in too) For a teething toy/chew I thought my crib was the perfect thing- so I started to chew on the wood- not quite as bad as some of my friends, but that's probably b/c I can't stand up yet- I have to chew on the parts I can reach laying down- mom wasn't to happy when found out- so I haven't done it since.
