Playtime!

Just a few random pics from some playtime I had with mom and dad- hope you enjoy them- Also today I tried avocados and I LOVE them! No pics of that- It looks just like the previous eating pics minus the gagging :)



I am super fast when mom and dad put me on the floor- I can roll just as fast as they can walk- and my new favorite toy is the coffee table- it's like a fort.


See I get under it all the time- they act like I'm doing something wrong.

Me and my Daddy



Since I was wearing my mandals (as Daddy calls them) mommy had me trying to walk-
we think daddy's jealous of my sandals and wants some himself....hum maybe for Father's Day :)



I love to fly- daddy lifts up soooo high!

This is an outfit that mommy and daddy got WAY back pre-me when they lived in Florida and went to Key West on vacation (what's vacation....does anyone know)- If the weather would have gotten nicer just a little bit earlier I just might have fit into it. Daddy thought it would really fit so we had to try it on- I am flashing everyone a little bit of chest :)
Sorry Dad this one didn't fit, but I like what it says.

Yucky Green Beans

My Mommy is making all of my baby food- the first one she made for me was green beans- I did not like them!



She and Daddy kept saying they were going to be sooo good, so I had to give them a try.


I'm not so sure about these.....did you try them first


OK I'm not a fan- can I just have my rice cereal back please



I'm officially gagging now- can I be done



A much happier me after they quit making me eat those darn green beans

6 month doctors visit

So I had to go to the doctor again and get those stupid shots again- I didn't enjoy them one bit. I now weigh 15 pounds 2 ounces which puts me in the 15 percentile for weight and I'm 28 inches long which puts me at the 92nd percentile for height. I think I'm going to be a tall boy- I sure don't get that from my mom.
The doc also said I can start eating some veggies now- so moms going to start those in for me next week-I have to try green beans, peas, carrots, & squash before I can try any fruits, but I'm very excited- this rice cereal stuff just isn't cutting it anymore.

I got to go see my grandma and grandpa Weigel at home yesterday- yep I said at home- they both are home and doing very well, just slow to move around and still trying to heal up and feel back to 100%- thanks again everyone for your thoughts- it means alot to all of our family.

Guess who's 6 months old?

Yep you guessed right....It's me.
I'm super pumped- I'm now of age to go to the gym with mommy and daddy- I'm such a big boy now. Speaking of big boy- look what I can do now-


OK this only lasted for about 6 seconds (wow mom is super fast with the camera) but I am practicing, usually I end up in some sort of crazy yoga position with my head between my feet.
-notice the tie on my onsie- I was sporting it for Mother's Day


Speaking of Mothers Day- this is one of the things that Daddy, the doggies, and I made for mommy- she loved it!
(if you can't tell what it is- it's a stone for the yard, with the dogs paw prints, my hand print, and all of our pics on it)



And thanks to the Wood's I am now a Ruff Ryda in training (well that's what my shirt says) so watch out girls and boys....come on Grant lets go party

Championship Ball

WOW! Look what my Daddy won last night- A signed KU National Championship basketball(yes- in a beer pong tournament)He came home with the biggest smile on his face and woke up with the same smile - thanks Ballards for having the tournament b/c now I have an awesome ball that's way bigger than I am right now, but I still think it's pretty darn cool.



Here's me holding me new ball- I can't wait to show it off to my friends :)
I wasn't born yet when we won the Championship, but I was in my mommy's tummy so I knew everything that was going on.



Man I love this thing!!


An Update on My Grandparents- Grandma got out of the hospital yesterday- YEAH!!! I get to go see her this weekend. She is still pretty weak, but doing very well. Grandpa still needs to get his lungs stronger before he can come home. They think he might have to come on oxygen. Hopefully very soon he will be home and everyone will be healthy. Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers.

Update

Well I think everyones prayers are working. My grandpa and grandma are doing much better, they are no longer in the ICU and are now working on getting out of the hospital. They both are still needing some oxygen when up and around, but they are determined to get home soon, thank goodness b/c I miss them!! So thank you to everyone who has been thinking of them.

Today was such a pretty day so when daddy got home I was supposed to be taking a nap, but as you will see that wasn't happening so we decided to play in the backyard with the doggies- they can really entertain me chasing that ball around- I can't wait til I can run and get it with them.



This was when I was supposed to be taking a nap- mom and dad decided to peek on me and this is what they found- Happy me!

Here's my doggies- I love them so much- they make me laugh all the time and they let me pull their hair and their ears. (Patch is the Cocker Spaniel and Cali is the Shar-pei)




As soon as I can crawl I'm going to crawl right over there and get that ball away from Patch- just wait buddy.....
